Repairs
All of our jewellery, apart from fine chains, is made in-house. We want you to love wearing your Vanrif jewels.
Our workmanship is something we pride ourselves on and each piece is checked thoroughly before it leaves the studio. If you should experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at hello@vanrif.com and we will see how we can best accommodate you.
General wear and tear and/or negligence, cracked and/or lost stones, oxidisation and broken chains and accidental breakage are not considered a manufacturing fault.
Any personalisation, repairs or work not done by Vanrif Jewellery will void any returns. If we believe there is a fault after careful assessment of the jewellery we will offer repairs and/or a replacement.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are 100% NOT satisfied with your purchase a refund will be provided, if the item/s purchased are returned within 10 days from purchase. The item must be in the exact same condition it left the studio in with the original packaging and the proof of purchase receipt. Alternatively, a credit note may be applied for the the exact same value it was sold, once the goods are received, with original packaging and proof of purchase receipt within 10 days of purchase. This includes the discounted or sale price it was sold for not the full price if bought for a discount or on sale. Postage on returned goods will be at the buyers expense.

No need to worry if you choose the wrong ring size. As we resize up two sizes and down three sizes depending on the design of the ring at no cost to you. Any sizing outside of this range will incur a re-sizing fee. We will be in touch to discuss your resizing options with you. Alternatively, we can post you out a ring sizer to assist.

Shipping
All of our jewellery arrives in our beautiful Vanrif sustainable boxes.
Domestic (Australia)
We offer free registered post Australia-wide. Generally, shipping/postage takes between
2-5 days from the shipping date (excluding production time). Rural areas and other remote locations may take slightly longer, and economic events out of our control may also affect shipping times.
We also offer express post shipping Australia-wide for $15.
If your shipment is lost we do not take responsibility.
Packaging is complimentary and your jewellery arrives in our personalised Vanrif boxes.
International
We regularly ship internationally via standard registered Australia Post airmail, at a flat rate of $30.00AUD for packages below 250g.
For express international shipping out of Australia to your country the flat rate is $40.00AUD
International shipping (outside of Australia) may incur import duties and taxes which are outside of our control. Please check your own country's import duties and taxes to see any further charges you may incur on top of our shipping costs.
